Quote requests may be collected through a My Local Tradesman form or through an embedded third-party referral form. Where our own form is used, the information is transmitted through our website infrastructure to a referral partner, including MyJobQuote, so that the partner can process the request, match the job with suitable tradespeople and facilitate contact. We do not use the quote form as a standalone customer database.

MyJobQuote applies its own homeowner terms and privacy policy to the information it receives. You are asked to review and agree to those documents before an API-powered quote request is submitted.

4. How we use information

Where we receive personal information directly, we may use it to process the quote request you asked us to send, respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and understand referral or advertising performance.

5. Analytics and advertising measurement

On pages that offer optional analytics and advertising measurement, those tools are intended to load only after the visitor accepts the optional tracking choice. Where Meta conversion measurement is enabled and consent has been given, limited contact identifiers may be normalised and cryptographically hashed before being sent for conversion matching, alongside technical identifiers such as browser, device, click or campaign information.
